  Kitchen and closet Reno: Designer was unfocused on the mandated task, doing his own thing as directing staff to do things we did not want. Trades were working on plumbing and electricity prior to plan being accepted, resulting in various problems. Budget wasn't respected. They basically moved 1 inside wall for $53k and left us damaged fixtures. Hired other professionals to complete the job, resulting in double our budget. If you hire keep designer on thought leash
