  We bought a kids chair from them: expensive but good quality. Then we checked on the internet and found a super deal on a kids bed. I called before going and then discovered that "oh did we forget to tell you it's a demo? Oh and did we forget to tell you that you have to come and dismantle it yourself? Oh and did we forget to tell you that THEN it's $65 of transport to your house a few blocks away? But you can always try to fit the bed and mattress in your car..." I was so shocked, I'm thinking that the people who gave it 5 stars are friends with the staff... or were very lucky...
