  This company is a joke. The guy in charge is a stereotype of a mafia hitman. They promised me everything and delivered nothing. There were so many defects in our condo and they still are not fixed. I regret every buying from them. I should have followed the advice of the other reviewer here and checked all of the lawsuits filed against this loser. Would have saved us a lot of aggravation.
